Orphan legacy ROS (Robot Operating System) package. The 'Melodic' release was launched in 2018 and EOL'ed in 2023-06. (Currely supported release is 'Noetic' from 2020.) The project uses the AUR as their primary repo. After sunsetting, they disown the packages. Safe to delete.
