MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dolphin-root [2]: Abandoned old version of Dolphin, custom-patched to support running as root.
Not needed anymore, as current version (available in repo) now has full support to access files and execute actions needing root privileges, without having to execute the main Dolphin app as the root user.
