But even if fixed, this should be submitted under a different name: pyfastaq-git Because pyfastaq is the name of the PyPI/Anaconda package, and this is a CLI application, so no 'python-' prefix required. But as there is no user feedback (0 comments/votes), it seems safe to recommend deleting this package.
