MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for webvirtmgr-git [2]: This project which uses python2 has been discontinued since 2018 [a], in favor of the successor application, webvirtcloud, which is developed actively.
The PKGBUILD is also problematic, because it executes pip2 install using the requirements.txt of the project. But it is not useful anyhow to keep a developmental VCS package for a software that won't ever receive updates from upstream.
