MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pybliographer [2]: Broken package from 2016; flagged OOD since 2018. Based on Python3, but depends on the Python2 library wrongly called python-bibtex. Two other (gnome2 based) dependencies also fail to build. Safe to delete this package; there are functioning alternatives.
