MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-semantic-release [2]: Unmaintained orphan package from 2021, last comment is from original submitter from that year.
Also defunct, because it has use-case breaking bugs that cause the deletion of pyproject.toml during the usage of this tool when creating a Python release package with it. Not useful to keep on AUR as is, without maintainer and user interest. Latest version can be easily installed from elsewhere, like PyPI or Conda-Forge.
