Turns out that this package is actually a hostile fork of Perl Test-Simple. [a]
It conflicts with the repo package [b], without declaring such. The project readme calls this "Test2 framework", but internally it uses Test-Simple's pod names. But it is not API-comlatible with the latter. Best to delete this package for such a bogus source.
