MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-python [2]: Nothing depends on this 32-bit package anymore.
It was needed earlier by AUR/lib32-gobject-introspection, which in turn was used to build documentation of lib32 gnome libraries, only for those files to be discarded in the end before creating the pacman tar archive, to avoid conflict with repo's 64-bit counterparts (which already contain the docfiles). The lib32-gobject-introspection pkg has been deleted, after no longer being used (PRQ#44430). So now there is no longer anything on AUR that can utilize this library. I propose deletion.
