I suggest that you keep this package locally, or in your personal git repo etc.
OmniORB v4.1.6 has been released in 2011, and is not needed by any other builds on AUR. As per AUR submission guidelines, packages kept there have to be useful to more than a few people. This seems to be needed only by you. It also conflicts with the main 'omniorb' package, needed by other builds. So this has to go from AUR.
