MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ffmpeg-nonvidia [2]: By the name of this package, it is essentially a duplicate of extra/ffmpeg: 'nvidia-utils' is only an optional dependency of the latter, so it provides the same functionality if nvidia-utils is not installed.
Any other minor discrepancies just mean that this package is named wrongly for how it is different from repo's ffmpeg.
