MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge wxlauncher [2] into wxlauncher- git [3]:
Upstream hasn't released a stable tag since 2016, and therefore 'wxlaucher' is still on Python2 and python2-wxpython3. 'wxlauncher-git', however, is using Python3, and is better compatible with wxwidgets-gtk3.
