MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for petsc-git-release [2]: This VCS package with a wrong name has already been deleted, see PRQ#43764.
Now it is back, and builds from the master branch. So the pkgname is not just noncomformant with VCS package guidelines, but also bogus.
