MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-qgis [2]: Unmaintained since 2022-06-12, outdated since 1+ year. I don't think it's useful to keep this on AUR as is.
Also there's no visible interest in this package: 0 votes/comments. Many of its dependencies are also similarly abandoned and outdated. Windows users are best served by installing upstream's builds.
