MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-seafile-shared [2]: Broken, abandoned library and daemon pkg from 2015.
Its AUR/mingw-w64-ccnet dependency is similarly old, and its source and upstream repo has been removed from GitHub (404). There's an active deletion request for the latter: PRQ#51186 It's safe to drop this unused and unusable package as well.
