MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-cdecimal [2]: Safe to delete this unused Python2 module without package testing.
It builds a release from 2012. It is much older than the Python 2.7.17 (2019) standard library implementation of decimal.py which this intends to be a drop-in replacement for.
