MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge geary-preview [2] into geary-git [3]:
Upstream no longer releases preview (alpha) tags since 2021. It makes sense to consolidate the 'preview' package into the '-git' build, and transfer the possible notification subscriptions to the latter.
