Request #51332 has been Rejected by muflone [1]: thie z-library package is a duplicate of z-library-bin which was created before. it shouldn't have been uploaded as the first thing.
if z-library-bin maintainer wants could ask a merge to z-library, but it's correct the current z-library maintainer keeps the package [1] https://aur.archlinux.org/account/muflone/
