MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-pdf-labels [2]: After dropping the defunct AUR/qle from 2017 with missing sources, this should be deleted as well.
Last stable release is from 2001, and it has been reported failing compilation 3.5+ years ago. (Bug ID 132159: Linker fails [a]) The problem still persists as of this day. There is no upstream source repository / project / external website linked from the CPAN page. It is abandonware and cannot be used anymore, so there's no point in keeping it on AUR.
