MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge chirpc [2] into chirp-next [3]: The separate 'chirpc' CLI executable is no longer offered separately by upstream (source 404). Instead, it has been incorporated into the main 'chirp' distribution.
The project has been revived recently after a long hiatus. 'chirp- next' offers working, frequently updated development snapshots. It now includes this CLI tool.
