MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gtk2-youtube-viewer [2]: Does not work - cannot be built. And has a wrong name. This is not a variant of gtk2, nor it is a plugin to gtk2. It was meant to be a 'youtube-viewer' package built with Gtk2 GUI.
