I fail to see what it is being distributed. The PKGBUILD has not
directly link to the deb file, in fact, you need to acquire it
first in order to make a package. Hint: see this line
source=("file://cider_${pkgver}_amd64.deb")
(it should use local:// instead but that's not the point)
