Just as a fellow user, I'd vote against deletion, and +1 for keeping this. I too prefer this package to be installed, because I also don't need its 47 haskell deps on my system, nor the weelky or even more frequent version bumps of repo's haskell-based packages.
Btw, as per overwhelming AUR precedent, upstream-provided precompiled deliverables are allowed for open-source code, in the form of 'releasename-bin' packages. This one satisfies such conditions.
