Actually this is not compatible with Arch Linux, because it is for elogind instead of systemd.
It is not even buildable on Arch Linux, because it needs elogind to be installed, which conflicts with systemd. (Also on AUR, only the unmaintained elogind-git exists, which is even broken in its meson configure phase.)
