Forgive for my lack of understanding. augustus gene prediction package seems to predate the package with conflicting name in main arch repo.
Since it is in the main arch repo it gets primacy as far as keeping the package name? If so we will make the change as required. All the major linux distributions carry augustus gene prediction program under 'augustus'. Hence we also adopted the same.
