MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for phantomjs-bin [2]: Broken package from 2019 that got deleted already in December 2023 (PRQ#46182), and subsequently was reuploaded with a no-op pkgrel "bump" commit by @MikuroK, who then immediately disowned it.
