MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for foxitpdfeditor-bin [2]: Broken, abandoned Chinese-only release of this software; it seems the vendor has made the DEB file inaccessible (403 forbidden).
They also stopped offering native Linux builds in favor of other OS variants. Looks like this is no longer actively used on AUR. It is also missing a dependency since at least 6 months ago.
