MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-padre [2]: Broken for many years. Currently also missing a dependency (perl-pod- abstract).
Even if that is satisfied, this cannot be built due to dependency perl-wx being abandonware since 2017 and not compatible with WxWidgets 3.0+.
