jrdn [1] filed a deletion request for mkinitcpio-sd-zfs-git [2]:

Upstream has completely abandoned this code, is not responding to
issues, PR's, or otherwise. As openzfs progresses this code is
becoming more and more volatile and could lead to data corruption.
Until openzfs publishes a contrib/mkinitcpio for systemd, I believe
this package is going to cause irreparable harm and confusion to
users.

I am requesting this package be reviewed for deletion due to the
following:

1) Tool has been abandoned upstream
2) The maintainer of this package is also leveraging the pkgbase to
publish another AUR package (mkinitcpio-sd-zfs-rename) that is not
related to, or developed by, this packages upstream.
3) Users who want systemd to replace /init, and have encrypted roots
are unable to leverage this library even though an upstream PR exists
for that functionality.
