Yes Norm now 86! is at it again. It all makes good sense also. When he was in the Senate he was the one vote needed to start the CAA from the old DOT. CAA later became our present CASA.
At least he had the sense to relinquishe his USA citizenship unlike the present lot in parliament, and it is rare to relinquishe USA citizenship. US Immigration now always give him a hard time.
