[aus-soaring] Experimental -Tug

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me what restrictions if any are placed on an aircraft such as Kingaroy's "Auto-Tug" in the role of

• Club training, single and 2 seaters
• AEF Flights  (paying public)
• Joy Flights (Charter)

I am making the assumption that it is registered in "experimental" Catagory.
