Phil,

I need the hook for the RV7 I am building so that I can evaluate the Subaru water cooled engine for towing. I have a factory design for the release mount, so feel that the complication would not be warranted.
Thanks anyway

Bob,

Are you interested in a Tost retractable system which has only done about 25 tows?  (Or anybody else - price negotiable, at around 50% of new price.)

We removed it from the Super Dimona to provide a (very useful) 10kg payload increase.  The standard hook meets our needs given that we still use our Pawnee as the primary tug and the Super Dimona only as a backup.  (Has saved our bacon on a few occasions now.  The most notable when our Pawnee engine mount was U/S requiring the Super Dimona to assume sole tug role for two weekends.)
