Ed,

The last glider I heard of in Dubai was the SF-27M now living in Keith And Aaron's hangar. It was recovered in near-derelict condition but with low hours (IIRC) because the owner couldn't get throught the red tape to get official permission to use it.

Do a lot before you go.
