Nick,

Steve Kittel's advice is good about checking the frame you have.

Think about the mission. You want the trailer to be light and stable and
tow and brake well. No trailer will help if you get T boned by a Kenworth
so you may as well keep it light and stiff enough to protect the glider in
normal use.

Low weight will help in the stability and braking department.

Use Caravan sheet. Aluminium with colourbond white on one side. Use
Sikaflex to glue it on with pop rivets(sealed end type) to hold in place
while the glue goes off. Once the Sikaflex has set the rivets don't do much
and won't work in the holes.

I've built 4 and helped on a few others.

If you need a new frame don't pretend you can weld, get a pro to build the
frame and put it on wheels. I've done this twice and with two guys it took
a day from go to towing the frame work home.

Mike
