Coobulture Gliding Club have Pawnee VH-FAW up in the hangar as spares and I know there was a shed full of spares at FieldAir Ballarat - The guy I once knew there was Kevin Howard but he may have retired.  Also try Bob Keen at Dalby (tugmaster at Darling Downs) as he knows a bloke with a lot of Pawnee spares nearer Brisbane.  I have an aircraft Welder that repair the old (actually build new) no more than the new price - he does all the work on R22 and R44 helecopter frames in Australia and builds exhausts for Jabiru 2200 far better with proper slip joints than those stupid things that Jabiru make and always crack. Jabiru use fireplace s/s pipe which really is hopeless.

And while going on good ideas send exhausts to JetHot coatings   http://www.jet-hot.com.au/  1800 700HOT for ceramic coating - about $150 for small 4 cyc eng pipes and exhaust - saves having cracks and gets heat out of engine bay.

Subject: [Aus-soaring] Pawnee flap drive bellcrank.

G’day from the west coast.

I’m chasing a flap drive bellcrank for the right wing of a Pawnee 235. Does anyone have any bits of a Pawnee wing laying around in the back of a shed somewhere? I’d obviously prefer to find a second hand one before turning to the American manufacturer at Univair.
