It won't make any difference to under 18's, of whom 16, more than 30% attended the last Joey glide Mark as it is *illegal* for them to drink.
IT IS NOT *ILLEGAL* FOR A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD TO DRINK ALCOHOL, BUT IT IS ILLEGAL TO SERVE ALCOHOL TO A SIXTEEN YEAR OLD.
