The ES59 has a 0407 double acting pip pin i.e. 1/4" diameter x 7/10" grip
length.
The pin is marked 0407 and measures out as shown at:

Fortunately they are now manufactured by another group in the UK:
The pins were originally developed for aviation use. A lot of
helicopters
have pip pins in their door hinges so the doors are readily removable.

Arrow elevator?
It is a small pin with a locking mechanism consisting of two
retractable balls.
