It was 162 kph off the stick (155kph handicapped speed) over 400km (383 handicapped distance), by Mak Ichikawa in an ASG29 18m glider - 2.5 hour flight - not bad.
The flight was up and down a street over the Kaputar range up north of Moree and back via Gunnedah. Overall we had a great comp with eight wonderful uninterrupted days flying..
