Yesterday we had : 256mm in one hour >120mm/hr for 3 successive hours following 620mm between 1am & 7am eg 2 feet in 6 hours Fortunately for my family we were only spectators instead of participants in the 25m relay around the lounge room... Still seeing inch/hr again this morning as the monsoon trough remains overhead.
