Hi Mike I have heard many people say that Piper did not produce any Flight Manuals, so we do not need to have them aboard. However, I have a copy of an FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual, dated Oct 12 1962, with revisions up to Oct 1970, produced by Piper for the PA-25-235 model. It carries the instruction "This document must be kept in airplane at all times." It seems they lost interest in them after that!
It begs the question are all pilots of this model required to have this FM in the aircraft? Subject: Re: [Aus-soaring] PA25 Wiring Diagram Michael After many years of looking I have now encountered two Pawnees that seem to be the same - but I wouldn't trust them to have identical electrical systems. The Pawnee does not require a Flight Manual, presumably because, amongst other things, Paper never had to produce a Pilot Operating Handbook for the model. So even of I were to send you the wiring diagram for one Pawnee it probably would not match your Pawnee.
