The fires are downwind of us, Dave & Shelley Spicer's and Daryl & Sue MacKay's properties. Daryl & Sue were the only ones who evacuated as a precaution as they are nearest to the fires. The forecast is for the easterlies to continue at least until Tuesday night, keeping it away from us all, the latest news from FESA a few minutes ago is 41 houses lost and 15 damaged, we feel for those less fortunate. Our bags are packed anyway for a fast getaway in case the conditions alter.
