It depends on which edition you want. I think the last edition produced was the
3rd (International Edition), which included discussion on Southern Hemisphere
weather, amongst other things, unlike the earlier editions: You probably know
all this.
Anyway the point of this response is to note that the book (in at least the
early editions), is readily available on eBay - Check Australian, UK, and USA
sites.
Did you see Pam's post earlier today on the BGA book/magazine scanning project?
I am sure this book will be on the list, but I gather the project is still in
its infancy: Any comments Pam?
