NSW logo predates both Kathleen Kruger and Peter Heath
think it dates from Roger Woods' days
however Kathleen did design new competition certificates which used the logo

Hi Colin just after the official logo I would say Peter Heath was on the NSW
association when they did the logo ?
I have hopefully revamped them to original status state blue and added state
flower.

In my opinion credit for the NSW logo should go to Catherine Kruger
who designed the certificates presented to competitors at the 2006
NSW State comps at Narromine run by the Bathurst Soaring Club
and Narromine Gliding Club. Copy is attached.
