I use Connect Me - free program from Naviter - on a PDA to download mine in the glider. The flarm is connected to one of Mike Borgelt's connection boxes which is connected to the pda via a serial to Ipaq cable.

Before I got all that set up, I used to take the flarm to the computer and connect it with a cable that you can buy from Swift, or probably cumulus soaring, or you can make one if you are good at soldering. I used SeeYou to do the download, but you can use the flarm tool as well.

It works very reliably.

I simply have problems getting traces off my Flarm.

Can anyone provide me with any ideas with this too?

I have two friends that have Flarm Navs and neither of them can get a valid
score on the OLC - the trace gets marked invalid and the the score is greyed
out. This happens consistently. Does anyone out there have Flarm Nav that does
work on the OLC or is it a general problem?

I have been using the aus-flarm to post my flights to the OLC, and never had a
failure - it seems to be very reliable (touch wood!)aus
