Very lucky not to have lost a few super cubs (and of course pilots!), a good
reminder of just how risky it is to bring out the fleet on gusty days.
Interesting at the end of the footage is a single air cadet hanging off the
DOWN WIND wing of the glider trying to get it down whilst  presumably the
rest of his comrades are correctly sitting on the up wind wing! apart from
putting some pretty heavy negative loads on the wing, had he managed to get
the wing down he would have most probably been greeted with the sight of the
glider sailing over the top of his head!
