Email from a company that has our clients domain name under their TPP wholesale 
account.

Is this reasonable/legal or standard now.
We provided them with the domain auth key and have written authority from the 
client, also I believe they have since changed the registrant email address.

Please ensure you cover off all due diligence prior to emailing us such 
matters. Without proof of ownership, signed client confirmation, 100 points of 
ID and a legal release we will never transfer a service to another provider. 
You will also incur a porting fee for any service billed on an hourly basis for 
any work required to take place by a <OUR IT COMPANY> technician in relation to 
transferring an existing service of $130.00 ex GST per hour with a 1 hour 
minimum.
