Hi Nathan, 

Sorry the screenshot had cut off some details. 
I just did a pathping from my desktop to give an example to as it pings each 
hop to try and identify packet loss for each hop along the way and it started 
at the telstra kit. 
This was obviously from an iinet link and still showed some packet loss of ~12% 
on the telstra kit

Hi Russell, 

So that’s showing it’s the destination they are tracing too, that third last 
hop visible that you mentioned is a Telstra Internet CE interface or a Transit 
service or similar. 

They should contact the end user who looks to be the Internet Association of 
Australia possibly or at least Joe or Tim may be able to help you figure out 
why/how.

Having some issues with packet drops starting at [

[139.130.102.246] confirmed from a couple of connection i have 
Nothing on Telstra status pages that i can see and causing some connection 
issues between sites.
