Hi Jason,
In the windows world there is a fenomena called Patch Wednesday. On Wednesday there was a major release of Windows 10 pushed out that has crashed at lot of systems with missing dll corrupt files and missing hardware drivers that was removed when the upgrade took place. I would have thought that southern phone would have some sort of WSUS system in place to prevent such events from taking place. IE you roll the updates out to one computer test and then deploy to the environment Regards, Matthew Matters Director Aus Net Servers Australia Pty Ltd https://www.ausnetservers.com.au ?
