I had similar problems on Friday.
Their phones went in perpetual music-on-hold.
Their on-line support joke would connect, say "A support representative will be with you shortly", then after over an hour a support rep connected and instantly ended the session. Yesterday was a repeat of the same uncontactable performance until quite late in the day when "Andrea" connected after 50 minutes on hold and said that they "had a problem but it was fixed already" and that they were getting "a huge volume of calls".

Still no indication of what the problem was, or if it's actually fixed.

I got all my remaining engin trunks back late friday by changing between port 5060 and 5062. They have been getting steadily more and more unreliable and less and less contactable over the last few years IMO.
