Have you checked your MTU/MSS sizing? especially relevant if your going via a vpn tunnel.

Hi all,

A client of mine is having an issue with internet connectivity, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

They have an IP address and can ping google.com and 8.8.8.8, however cannot load google.com in their web browser (or any other site for that matter). They have a IPsec VPN (site to site) and the computers internal IP can be pinged from another site.

The computer can intermittently receive emails and receive messages on Microsoft Teams, but this is not consistent.

We have done the following:

- Changed DNS servers

- int ip reset

- winsock reset

- advfirewall reset

- assigned static IP

- checked for proxies (none set)

- rebooted router

- rebooted computer

After the reset, we can no longer ping the device however they still have occasional email/Microsoft Teams connectivity.

Does anyone have any ideas? Appreciate anything!

Kind Regards,
Jace
