What’s the forwarding table size requirements? If small or can use selective route download tricks, get a switch.
Haven’t touched Cisco in a while but Arista and Juniper have cheap Tomahawk based switches that will do the job. Otherwise the Juniper MX204 is probably the sweet spot router you want.
